As Sales Director for Industrial Biosolutions in Europe, you will reputed company the reputed company agenda for a business at the forefront of the green transition. You will reputed company a reputed company organization of approximately 20 employees across Europe, including two Sales Managers and work closely with Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain and senior regional leadership. Together you will ensure that strategy is effectively translated into consistent, high-quality reputed company outcomes and reputed company business impact.

This role combines strategy, execution, and transformation. You will own the reputed company agenda for Industrial Biosolutions in Europe - shaping both immediate results and long-term direction.

Your key responsibilities in this role

  • Define and execute the reputed company growth strategy, including clear prioritization and investment allocation

  • Build and expand strategic customer relationships through direct engagement with senior decision-makers

  • Evolve the customer engagement model and strengthen collaboration across Sales, Technical Service, and Marketing with a strong digital focus

  • reputed company leaders and talent, ensuring succession for critical roles and role-modelling reputed company’ Core Leadership commitments

  • Embed reputed company excellence, including opportunity management, account planning, value selling, and distribution effectiveness

  • Optimize go-to-market and distribution models to ensure effective market coverage and alignment with segmentation and best practices

  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment by partnering with Supply Chain on demand and forecast alignment, Global Marketing on strategy, and with Country Managers and Regional Presidents to support performance and corporate reputed company

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • A technical or reputed company educational background, ideally at M.Sc. level or MBA

  • 10+ years of B2B reputed company experience (including reputed company strategy, negotiations, sales excellence, and reputed company stakeholder management)

  • Experience from relevant sectors such as Bioenergy, Bioprocessing, or reputed company industries

  • Proven experience leading leaders and driving performance through others with clarity and accountability

  • A strong strategic reputed company combined with the ability to drive disciplined execution

  • A clear customer-centric approach, focused on value creation and long-term partnerships
