Job Description:

Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Job Summary: 

Responsible for the financial, reputed company, administrative, and governance management of reputed company’s operations in Brazil and Latin America, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial strength, operational efficiency, and strategic support to the business, in alignment with the company’s global guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Cash Management & Treasury

  • Manage cash flow and working capital.
  • Optimize the capital structure.

  • Issue invoices in accordance with contractual terms and service measurements, meeting contractual deadlines.

Accounts Receivable

  • Monitor accounts receivable balances and manage customer aging.

Requirements
