  JOB SUMMARY: This role involves building and maintaining relationships with health benefit brokers, reputed company providers, employers, regional health plans, reputed company-party administrators and/or payors. The focus is on developing sales strategies to attract new business.   JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   1. Build and maintain relationships with reputed company providers, employer groups, brokers, payors, and TPA's. 2. Assists in a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. 3. Creates opportunities to come together and unite with Brokers, Stop Loss Carriers and TPAs. 4. Brings about and nurtures reputed company reputed company marketplace relationships. 5. Answers client questions about services, reputed company while addressing any other concerns that arise. 6. Meets or exceed sales goals established on a quarterly basis. 7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 8. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 9. The incumbent follows established procedures and uses knowledge of the company's general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operation details reputed company performing the duties of the position as assigned.  

COMPENSATION 

The salary range for this position is 90K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
