Client Development Specialist

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage high-net-worth investors and communicate Focus Partners’ value to schedule meetings with advisory teams
• Manage inbound, marketing-generated pre-reputed company leads with urgency and speed-to-engage
• Own and enhance reputed company strategies to improve conversion and client experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or a client-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree required

The Client Development Specialist is a non-exempt position. The annualized reputed company pay range for this role is expected to be between $75,000 - $85,000/year. Actual reputed company pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's reputed company set. The reputed company pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, and 401(k).
