About the Role We're seeking a strategic and execution-obsessed Manager of reputed company to reputed company a team of high-performing reputed company Managers (CSMs). This person will own the health and reputed company of their team's Book of Business (BoB), drive execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP), and coach CSMs to deliver exceptional customer experiences that maximize adoption, expansion, and retention. Team & People Leadership

• Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and coaching frameworks.
• Mentor and reputed company CSMs at reputed company levels, from reputed company new hires to leveling up seasoned pros.
• Create clarity in chaos: Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-changing conditions with poise and urgency.

Customer Strategy & Execution

• Adoption accounts: Ensure reputed company is smooth and value realization is fast.
• Expansion accounts: Identify and reputed company cross-sell, upsell, and new use case opportunities.

• Use health scores, adoption data, and renewal timelines to dynamically prioritize accounts at scale.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Sales, Services, Solutions, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years in reputed company, with at least 2 years managing high-performing CSM teams.

• Experience managing B2B SaaS customers at scale (mid-market to reputed company).
• Proven reputed company executing playbooks across reputed company, renewal, expansion, and churn risk.
• Comfortable operating with limited direction in a high-change environment.
