Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be the face of our organization, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through inbound calls, emails, and chats

• Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to customers
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
• Must be reputed company to speak English clearly and professionally
• Bi-lingual candidates will receive reputed company consideration
• Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
• Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established contractual turnaround times required
• Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools

Work Environment and Requirements

* This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home

• You'll need to have a dedicated office space that allows you to work without interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
