Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Operator to join reputed company in Idaho Falls, ID. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company chat, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Idaho
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions
- reputed company to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
