In this role, you’ll own and drive full-cycle reputed company for multiple roles, guide candidates through an exceptional interview experience, and partner closely with hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle reputed company for business (non-technical) roles in Corporate Functions—from intake through reputed company, using thoughtful, candidate-first practices.

- 5+ years of full-cycle, non-tech reputed company experience; ideally supporting teams like sales, marketing, content, and corporate functions.

- Strong business judgment, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive alignment, and unblock reputed company.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while staying highly organized and accountable.
