Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
- Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, and research and resolve problems with patients' bills.
- Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, and print courtesy claims and itemized statements.
- Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, and arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.
- Performs other duties and assignments as requested.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Understanding and familiarity with reputed company Windows environment.
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply.
