Toyota Material Handling is seeking a passionate and dedicated Fleet Services Account Manager responsible for managing and growing the company's fleet accounts. The role involves developing strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality fleet management services, and overseeing account management activities such as service, data analysis, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with Advanced Services fleet customers, serving as the primary strategic liaison to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a reputed company field required
  • 0-2 years of experience in account coordination, reputed company, sales support, or a reputed company client facing role
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, quotes, and service requests while ensuring timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to research and translate insights into actionable business strategies
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a customer-centric environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
