Asset Specialist (Administrative Specialist 2)
New Jersey Courts is a large organization dedicated to providing quality service and maintaining public trust in the judiciary. They are seeking an Asset Specialist to manage fixed asset entry, tracking, and reconciliation while supporting compliance initiatives and audits reputed company the Financial Services Office.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day fixed asset entry and maintenance activities in accordance with Judiciary Fixed Asset Policies and Procedures
- Enter, track, analyze, and reconcile assets reputed company the Judiciary’s asset management system (AssetCloud)
- Conduct and support physical inventory activities statewide, including travel to Judiciary locations as required
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to the Judiciary’s statewide Asset Coordinator
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and assist with reconciliation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, business units, vendors, and other departments regarding asset-reputed company matters
- Support statewide asset compliance initiatives and audits
- Maintain accurate records and documentation reputed company to purchased property and asset management
Skills
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze inventory data and reconcile discrepancies
- Proficiency with asset management systems and data entry processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel statewide for physical inventory and site visits
- Regular and predictable physical reputed company at the worksite is an essential function of this position
- Driver's License: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to reputed company essential duties of the position
