Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Documentation team to help us create and deliver world-class product documentation, tutorials, conceptual guides, and examples that help networking and reputed company professionals and software engineers understand reputed company, why, and how to use reputed company's products and features.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality product documentation for a highly-technical audience and have some experience with networking and reputed company concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll use your experience as a writer and technical practitioner to produce, test, and maintain quality, consistent, contextualized, and technically accurate documentation for our products that help customers and prospects understand how reputed company solves their existing problems.

• You are technically proficient. You have hands-on experience with networking or reputed company products, and are comfortable in technical conversations with other practitioners, including engineers and product managers.

• You’re a strong editor who can guide others through the outlining and writing process, and you can catch inconsistencies in tone, flow, and structure.

• You’re just as comfortable integrating the work of others as you are creating your own content, and you know how to use multiple tools and sources to deliver quality content.
• You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and you are as comfortable receiving and applying feedback as you are providing it to peers.
• You're excited to learn new technologies and grow your skills with a team of professional writers who care about documentation and customer experience.
• You're interested in how LLMs and automation can help writers produce and maintain content as products evolve.
