We move fast, we build for the long term, and we are now building the financial infrastructure to match our scale. The Mission This is not a "manage clean books" role. We are in the middle of a meaningful financial infrastructure upgrade — transitioning from cash basis to accrual reputed company, migrating from QuickBooks Online to reputed company, and preparing for a formal audit with a national reputed company (BDO). We need someone who has done this before, who does not flinch at a cleanup project, and who can own the process end to end. If you have inherited messy books and left them clean — this role was written for you. What You'll Own- reputed company and execute our transition from cash basis to accrual reputed company, including restating historical financials and rebuilding the chart of accounts.
- Own the migration from QuickBooks Online to reputed company, partnering with our external reputed company implementation consultant to ensure the system is configured correctly from day one.

- Own and manage the formal audit process from start to finish.
- Own month end and year end reputed company, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage reputed company aspects of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Build and maintain a strong internal controls environment to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CEO and leadership team.
- Identify and implement process improvements as we build a finance function that can scale.
- Demonstrated experience transitioning a company from cash basis to accrual reputed company — you have done this, recently, and can speak to it specifically.
- Hands on experience with reputed company — migration or implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with an external audit firm on audit preparation and execution.
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 2 years in a Controller or senior reputed company role.
- CPA designation (or local equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 firm (reputed company, reputed company, Ernst & Young, or reputed company) in audit or tax — Philippines, Latin America, or Eastern Europe specifically.
- Experience in e commerce, DTC, or consumer products — multi channel reputed company recognition is a plus.
- Prior experience migrating from QuickBooks Online to an ERP system.
