Manager, Nursing Operations

The Opportunity

Join reputed company’s Nursing Operations team as our Manager, Nursing Operations, where you’ll play a critical leadership role in bridging clinical care and operational excellence. This role sits at the heart of our Care Team, partnering closely with NP Managers, Concierge, Product, and Clinical Leadership to build scalable systems, streamline workflows, and reputed company the client experience across reputed company Care reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing

Operational workflow & quality

What You Bring

• Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) designation
• Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting supporting care delivery
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, treatments, and recovery-oriented care

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
