Summary

The Senior Customer Business Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the noosa portfolio by delivering distribution, volume, share, and trade spend objectives across assigned customers. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of noosa portfolio business objectives by achieving distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, and trade spend objectives reputed company assigned customer(s).
  • Effectively work with our broker partners in building and maintaining best-in-class collaboration with customers.
  • Execute and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate activities and performance of the noosa portfolio, customers, and competition, providing strategic recommendations as needed to deliver profitable sales growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver a fact-based selling approach to customer reviews across the noosa portfolio.
  • Establish specific sales and merchandising (SMART) objectives for each key customer reputed company the assigned geography.

Skills & Values Requirements

  • 5 years minimum direct selling experience to food retailers and distributors.

  • Track record of being highly customer focused; building and maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in IRI / reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar data tools.
  • Traditional consumer products knowledge.
  • Strong degree of energy with a results-oriented reputed company.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and Trade Promotions Management (TPM) tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or reputed company field.
  • 5 years direct selling experience with food retailers.
