Role Overview

reputed company is hiring a Founding Growth Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that powers our reputed company reputed company.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems. You will be responsible for building the systems that reputed company reputed company to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize reputed company at scale, and drive measurable reputed company growth.

This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and VP of Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, reputed company Operations, and Sales Leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems

  • Integrate systems across reputed company, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms

  • Build internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity

  • reputed company systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration

  • reputed company AI-native workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems

  • Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure

What You’ll Bring

Technical Background

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience

  • Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar

  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines

Growth Engineering reputed company

  • Experience building systems that impact customer acquisition or reputed company

  • Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Airbyte, reputed company, or similar

  • Understanding of B2B growth and sales processes

Systems Thinking

  • Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems

  • Comfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at hyper-growth companies (100%+ ARR growth)

  • Building CDP or GTM data infrastructure

  • AI-assisted workflow automation
