Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company independent SMETA audits in accordance with Sedex and Control Union procedures.
  • Evaluate working conditions, labor rights, health & safety measures, and ethical business practices.
  • Conduct worker interviews and site inspections impartially.
  • Prepare accurate audit reports and submit findings reputed company agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with international auditing standards and client requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • APSCA CSA Qualify
  • Preferred Bilingual

Summary

Control Union (United States), Inc.  is seeking reputed company Freelance SMETA Auditors to conduct social compliance audits under the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) reputed company. As a freelance auditor, you will assess labor standards, health & safety, environment, and business ethics across supply chains, helping companies demonstrate ethical and responsible practices.

This is a remote, project-based freelance opportunity with travel depending on assignment.
