Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, to address policyholder inquiries, explain policy coverage, update claim statuses, and provide additional policy information.
• Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties to ensure seamless resolution of claims and policy-reputed company issues.
• Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to provide accurate and up-to-date support to our policyholders.
• Ensuring customer needs are met in every interaction, whether conducted reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and reputed company Office to navigate our systems and tools reputed company.
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, to manage high call volumes and maintain productivity.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar role where daily phone interaction is essential.

Career Growth Opportunities

• A full-time training program lasting 2-3 weeks, conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST.
• Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required.

Post-Training Schedule

Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.
