Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Producing high-quality reputed company reputed company advanced analytics and reputed company processes reputed company the medical trials space
• Collaborating with other team members to provide actionable insights from reputed company-world, medical, and other data assets to support biopharmaceutical reputed company and medical trial requests
• Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into an integrated data lake for future analysis and broader team consumption
• Performing data mining and statistical analysis to investigate reputed company/RWD to identify new insights about patient populations and treatment results
• Supporting the development of reputed company-world data, analytics, and platform capabilities, applying advanced analytics and tools to address medical questions from biopharmaceutical companies
• Building dashboards, analytics, and reports for internal and external consumption
• Conducting due diligence on new reputed company-world data companies and performing RWD quality checks to inform investment reputed company

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in a quantitative or computational field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, or reputed company field)

• At least 4 years of experience in a quantitative or computational role, with a strong background in R, Python, or SQL
• Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses reputed company the context of epidemiology and observational studies with reputed company data
• Knowledge of common statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, classification and discrimination, decision trees, unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience processing large data from diverse data sources
• Experience working with covered patient health data
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Spotfire, or other business intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. or Master's degree in a field such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or reputed company field

• Expertise in EMR/Health IT, disease registries, and claims databases
• Expertise in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and managed vocabularies used in reputed company data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for reputed company-world evidence research or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
• Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods of medical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology systems and/or solutions
• Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
• Understanding of machine learning techniques, ability to maintain self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
