About the Role

As a Remote Recruiter, you'll play a key role in executing Wis-Pak's reputed company strategy for one or more of our plant facilities. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality hourly and salaried candidates across departments. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, reputed company reputed company strategies, and manage the full-cycle hiring process—reputed company while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• 3–5 years of experience as a Recruiter or reputed company Specialist, with a focus on hourly/salary hiring.
• Proven reputed company working virtually and managing multiple roles across locations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
• Experience in staffing agencies or reputed company firms (preferred).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, ATS systems, and candidate assessments (a plus).
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or a reputed company field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
