As a Call Center Vacation Planner, a typical day will include:  

• Communicate reputed company telephone calls (Outbound and potential inbound calls) with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours, including explaining the opportunities available and answering questions.   

• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for an HVC property.  

• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.   

• Explain details and requirements reputed company to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.   

• reputed company the availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if the first choice is not available.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Call Center Vacation Planner at HVC:   

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
