The Role

Coral Care is seeking a driven and empathetic Provider Growth Specialist to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our provider network — helping therapists build, manage, and grow their caseloads on the Coral Care platform.

This is a highly relationship-driven and process-oriented role where you'll be responsible for proactively connecting providers with the right patient opportunities, resolving blockers, and ensuring providers feel supported at every stage. At the same time, operational rigor is essential. You'll track engagement trends, maintain accurate documentation, and use data to intervene early and drive retention.

You will be accountable for provider utilization and caseload growth metrics while delivering a high-touch experience that keeps therapists engaged, informed, and growing. Key Responsibilities

Caseload Growth & Opportunity Matching

  • Proactively surface high-quality patient opportunities reputed company with provider preferences — location, schedule, and specialty
  • Identify gaps in provider utilization and take targeted action to improve engagement and fill rates

Provider Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular reputed company-ins to understand provider goals, availability, and challenges
  • Build trust-based relationships that drive long-term retention and provider satisfaction

Concierge-Level Support

  • Respond to provider questions reputed company text, email, and platform messaging with speed and clarity
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate across internal teams to resolve them quickly
  • Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful experience that reflects Coral Care's commitment to its provider network

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Patient reputed company team to ensure strong matching and scheduling outcomes
  • Work closely with Provider Support to unblock provider needs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create reputed company into the Coral Care Catalyst program 
  • Share insights and feedback to continuously improve systems, workflows, and provider experience

Data & Metrics Ownership

  • Track, analyze, and report on provider activity, match rates, and engagement trends
  • Identify patterns and anomalies early and use insights to drive proactive reputed company
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of provider interactions, caseload status, and growth milestones using reputed company

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, reputed company, operations, or a relationship-driven role requiring strong trust-building and follow-through
  • Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously
  • CRM experience required (reputed company preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, concise, and empathetic across phone, text, and written channels
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to follow-up and documentation
  • Highly proactive — you anticipate problems before they surface and take ownership of outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence — you build rapport quickly and navigate nuanced conversations with care
  • Experience in high-growth startups strongly preferred

  • Background supporting independent contractors, small business owners,or field-based professionals
  • Experience in marketplace, gig economy, or supply-demand matching environments
  • Familiarity with pediatric therapy (SLP, OT, PT)
