What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior TPM, Product Design & Delivery to join our Product Operations team as a key delivery partner. This role will work primarily with the Product Design team to strengthen how design work gets delivered, and will require strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Management and Engineering.

You bring deep experience and a proven track record navigating the realities of design-to-development reputed company, including coordination across discovery and research operations. Success in this role comes from creating a more predictable and efficient delivery environment: aligning stakeholders, clarifying scope, reputed company work, surfacing dependencies and risks early, and driving decisions to reputed company teams moving. You’ll use a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks, reduce friction, improve throughput, reputed company tradeoffs visible, and help teams learn what’s working over time. What will you do?

• Own and operationalize end-to-end program delivery for reputed company cross-functional product initiatives spanning Product Design, Product Management, Engineering (including QA), and more; from intake, scoping, and research operations through development reputed company, launch readiness, delivery follow-through, and retrospectives. Implement and monitor operational metrics and program tracking systems that improve visibility into design reputed company, delivery timelines, reputed company, and cross-team dependencies.
• Identify process inefficiencies, delivery bottlenecks, and sources of friction across Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering, and implement improvements that accelerate delivery while improving quality and consistency.
• Partner closely with Product Design leadership to plan, prioritize, and drive design initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to business priorities, delivery goals, team reputed company, and organizational constraints.
• Own the planning and facilitation of the Design team’s core execution touchpoints, including weekly delivery planning, milestone reputed company-ins, dependency reviews, and retrospectives - reducing coordination overhead and helping Product Design leaders stay focused on higher-reputed company work.

• Facilitate change management initiatives to support consistency across evolving team norms, processes, and organizational culture. Act as a champion for introducing greater structure and predictability for the organization.
• Execute multiple projects simultaneously. You have demonstrated your ability to work through ambiguity and to create your own structure to move projects reputed company effectively.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our reputed company, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, design program management, product operations, or reputed company roles, with a proven track record of managing reputed company cloud or mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and modern technical frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Lean or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope, manage resources, and deliver high-quality results on time and reputed company budget.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and reputed company effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company, etc)) and collaboration platforms (e.g., reputed company, Confluence).
• Strong analytical reputed company with a results-driven approach, using data to track performance and inform decisions.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $135,000 - $185,000. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): reputed company Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
