[Remote] Loan reputed company Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NewtekOne is a financial holding company that provides a wide range of business and financial solutions to the SMB market. They are seeking a Loan reputed company Representative to support the reputed company and servicing functions of the loan portfolio, ensuring accurate processing of loan transactions and maintaining reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily deposits to multiple bank accounts
• Post daily cash receipts to the loan servicing system and reconcile transactions to the General Ledger
• Generate and submit NACHA ACH files for processing and reputed company associated reconciliations
• Post and remit loan payoff funds to investors as required
• Process weekly remittances to the SBA through Pay.gov as needed
• Post secondary market settlements reputed company the loan servicing system
• Board new loans into the loan servicing system
• Process loan servicing transactions including deferments, note modifications, payoff quotes, and accrual status changes
• Prepare documentation required for guaranteed loan sales
• Reconcile loans and loan participations to ensure accurate reputed company of serviced loans
• Maintain and reconcile Cash Balancing and Suspense worksheets to the General Ledger on a daily and monthly basis for various lending clients
• Assist with month-end closing processes for servicing clients
• Create and maintain management reports reputed company to loan reputed company and servicing activities
• reputed company general office duties including mail sorting and forwarding, document filing, and maintaining organized records
• Provide operational support to ensure efficient loan reputed company and servicing processes

Skills

• Prior experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or reputed company
