Account Executive (SMB Sales)

Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up focused on improving the lives of reputed company providers through innovative e-commerce solutions. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, working directly with small and midsize dental practices to demonstrate the value of Torch's offerings and drive reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through reputed company
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and reputed company targets (60–90 outbound calls per day depending on reputed company status)
  • Maintain strong outbound activity to consistently build pipeline while running demos and closing deals
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor solutions to the needs of dental practices
  • Run product demos and guide customers through the decision process
  • reputed company proven sales playbooks while collaborating with teammates and leadership to iterate on sales strategy

  • Manage and track pipeline and prospect conversations in reputed company with strong attention to detail

Skills

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Proven reputed company with outbound prospecting and closing net-new business
  • Experience selling to SMBs (doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
  • Comfortable with high-volume reputed company and building reputed company with cold prospects
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and adapts quickly
