Location: New Jersey (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reputed company in New Jersey)  Schedule: Full-time Exempt  Travel: Candidate can expect to travel locally and throughout New Jersey about 50% of the time

What You’ll Do

• Acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
• Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
• Prepare reputed company estate documents
• Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
• Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way acquisition experience
• Active New Jersey Notary OR the ability to obtain reputed company 60 days
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to access ORC's systems
• Valid Driver’s License
