Job Summary

As a Customer Care Team reputed company, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of Customer Care Specialists and Sr. Customer Care Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for providing coaching, development, and guidance to your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in their roles. You'll also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma/GED required

  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage lending, or reputed company fields
