Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to claims, benefits, and other reputed company-reputed company topics.
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including explanations of their rights and responsibilities.
• Processing claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and appeals.
• Educating and assisting providers on our self-service options, credentialing, and contracting.
• Assisting in compiling claim data for customer audits and determining medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions, and verifying member plan eligibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Location: You must live in the reputed company full-time.
• Experience: You should have experience in a highly transactional call center environment.
• Customer Service: You must have excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
