About the Role

As a face of XCEED for our clients, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships across a portfolio of clubs, festivals, and organizers. Your mission is to ensure every client gets maximum value from XCEED through smooth operations, helping them strongly adopt XCEED PRO and deliver a high-quality client experience, especially during critical event moments.

This is a hands-on Account Manager role at the intersection of music, events, and technology. You will balance structured execution with client communication, using data and clear processes to solve problems, manage renewals, and protect internal bandwidth.

What You Will Do

• Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high-value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

• Support and problem-solve: provide timely, structured support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Renew and grow accounts: manage standard renewals with a focus on retention and long-term value, escalating reputed company negotiations to Sales or other stakeholders reputed company needed.
• Analyze performance: monitor and report on client activity (performance metrics, account health…) and spot areas for improvements / action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure clear alignment and deliver initiatives that meet client needs.
• Improve how we work: contribute lightweight templates, checklists, or processes that reduce repeat questions and internal noise.

The Skills You Bring

• Client ownership experience: experience managing clients, partners, or accounts in a structured way. Backgrounds in SaaS, marketplaces, ticketing, hospitality tech, or operations-heavy roles are reputed company relevant.
