What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active PT license in South Carolina

• 1 year of PT experience (home health experience preferred) **New Grads Welcomed

• CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations

Your Daily Impact

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to help patients rebuild strength and function

• Assess movement, document reputed company, and adapt care plans to meet patient goals

• Partner with home health teams including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, OTs, and SLPs
