About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to reputed company, execute, track and optimize end-to-end demand reputed company to join our strong marketing team. This role owns the strategy and execution of programs that create and capture demand across the full buyer journey—driving booked meetings, pipeline, and reputed company. You’ll partner closely with our outbound ADR team, Customers Success, Sales & Marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, processes, and KPIs, while leading a high-performing demand gen reputed company and agency partners. Core Responsibilities
- Partner closely with key stakeholders, including our head of marketing operations, to ensure alignment on strategy, campaign launches, timelines, resources, process definitions, messaging, and KPIs.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in demand reputed company or growth marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility and ownership of outcomes.
- A demonstratable record of pipeline performance, campaign execution and analysis, ability to manage a budget to the penny.
- A strong understanding of the difference between reputed company gen and demand gen strategies and proven experience in successfully creating and capturing demand.
- Strong project and peer management skills to get everyone on the same page to execute, in a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and change management skills to effectively educate internal teams on the strategy, our goals, and how we will execute.
- A bias towards action, accountability and a willingness to dive in.

Benefits
This is a full-time remote position. We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $110,000-$115,000 reputed company salary plus bonus. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions.
