Accounts Receivable Specialist I - Remote

reputed company is seeking an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST to join reputed company.

Hours: Monday - Friday reputed company to 5pm EST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Process and post electronic remittance from reputed company assigned payers reputed company the expected Turnaround Time, includes using macros and other computer-based tools and multiple systems

·         Meet weekly and monthly production goals after training

·         Research payer websites to obtain posting backup

·         Identify issues and trends with assigned payers

·         Ensure aged account receivables are handled according to Standard Operating Procedure

·         Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance

Minimum Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED equivalent

·         1 year or more accounts receivable

Preferred Qualifications

·         1 year or more in an office setting or administration

·         1 year or more reputed company Cycle Management experience

·         1 year or more work experience in reputed company, claims, explanation of benefits, cash posting or billing

Additional Job Standards

·         Manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

·         MS Office and reputed company experience

·         Strong communication skills

·         Remain flexible to reputed company-changing priorities

·         Saturday rotation schedule

This Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for posting AR and electronic/reputed company remittance from private and government payers into the billing system. Posting electronically requires multiple reports, macros and tools to balance files to money received.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.00 Hour
