About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our growing technology team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives, particularly in our eCommerce domain and ambitious international expansion initiatives, and the technical solutions required to reputed company them. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Management) and the IT/Development teams, focusing specifically on eCommerce capabilities and cross-border operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of reputed company business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement reputed company the existing eCommerce architecture (e.g., shopping cart, payment gateways, fulfillment, taxation).
- Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements (FRDs, BRDs) for new features, system enhancements, and major international deployments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably reputed company a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment.
- 3+ years of direct experience working with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and reputed company systems.
- Demonstrable experience supporting or leading the systems implementation aspects of international business expansion or cross-border trade projects.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSPO, CSM).
