Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field

  • 5+ years of experience leading operational improvement, analytics, operations strategy, or process optimization initiatives

  • Experience applying Lean, Six reputed company, or other structured reputed company improvement methodologies in reputed company operational environments

Additional knowledge and skills

  • Experience working in aviation, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive environments preferred
  • Experience leveraging operational data and performance metrics to drive measurable improvement initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company tools (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Visio or other process mapping tools preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills
