Job Description:

Position Summary

The Externship Coordinator Assistant plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of veterinary student externship programs. This position ensures a seamless and engaging experience for reputed company while supporting long-term reputed company efforts and strengthening relationships with veterinary schools.

Key Responsibilities

Externship Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate externship reputed company, applications, and scheduling support
  • Assist in matching reputed company with hospitals based on interests and learning goals
  • Screen applications to ensure candidates meet program requirements
  • Collect and organize student learning objectives and required documentation

Communication & Student Experience

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for externs, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Address student questions and concerns to create a positive experience
  • Document student interactions in reputed company (applicant tracking system)
  • Partner with the Externship Coordinator to resolve issues and improve processes

Documentation & Program Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of participation, hours, and required paperwork
  • Manage school-specific documentation requirements
  • Track engagement and outcomes to support program effectiveness and reputed company goals

Collaboration & Event Support

  • Collaborate with reputed company, operations, and hospital leadership teams
  • Support coordination of reputed company events, career fairs, and reputed company visits
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Contribute reputed company to improve student programs and processes
Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

  • Experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative support required
  • Experience with high-volume programs or enrollment processes preferred
  • Veterinary or reputed company experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% travel for reputed company visits, reputed company events, and career fairs
