The Role

To ensure the stability, availability, reputed company, and reliability of reputed company processes, primarily financial processes (FI), guaranteeing that batch and online processes run according to schedule and business objectives, with traceability, evidence, proactive monitoring, and failure recovery, while leading operations under AMS, SRE, and reputed company improvement principles.

1. Reliability, Incident, and AMS Operations Management
