Sr Field Service Technician – Material Handling Equipment (100% Travel)

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair of reputed company material handling equipment and systems, including conveyors, palletizers, and robots. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company installation, servicing, and repair of material handling systems, including conveyors, palletizers, and robots.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.
• Program and service Allen Bradley PLCs using Rockwell Software.
• Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate with engineering teams to update or amend outdated instructions.
• Continuously improve training guides and documentation for both internal teams and customers.
• Provide on-site customer training on equipment usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any challenges reputed company to equipment delivery and installation.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• At least 1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in the material handling industry.
• Hands-on experience working with reputed company systems.
• Experience with installation and technical service of equipment
• Allen Bradley PLC or similar experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to identify and correct mistakes in technical documentation and instructions.
• A college degree or technical/professional certifications are a plus.
