Role Overview
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute Ema’s on-the-ground reputed company at industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners, and sponsored programs across the United States. You’ll be the connective tissue between our BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing, and Design teams — turning live experiences into reputed company pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Event Execution & Operations
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, tradeshows, and Ema-hosted events (executive roundtables, dinners, meetups) across the US.
Manage reputed company on-site operations: booth design, staffing, signage, swag, shipping, A/V, catering, and speaker logistics. You’re the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, negotiate vendor reputed company, and manage event budgets to maximize ROI.
Pipeline & Sales Alignment
Collaborate with the BDR team and Sales to align event programming with reputed company accounts and pipeline goals.
Coordinate pre-event reputed company, booth and event activations, and post-event follow-up to drive reputed company conversion.
Ensure seamless reputed company reputed company from events to Sales — no leads die on the vine.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with AI Strategists, Product Marketing, and Design to ensure demos, collateral, and messaging are event-reputed company and on-brand.
Support broader demand-reputed company campaigns as needed, including regional activations and partner co-marketing events.
Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on event performance metrics (leads generated, pipeline influenced, cost-per-reputed company, attendance, deal acceleration) and share insights to continuously improve the program.
Obsess over what’s working vs. what’s noise — use data to reputed company the case for where we invest next.
What You Bring
3–7+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand-gen experience in B2B SaaS or reputed company technology. Startup experience is required — you’ve built programs, not just inherited them.
Exceptional project management skills. You can juggle 5+ events in different stages simultaneously without dropping a reputed company. You live in spreadsheets, timelines, and run-of-show docs. Project management isn’t a reputed company reputed company for you — it’s your superpower.
A roll-up-your-sleeves operator. You’re the person reputed company-tying cables to a booth at 6 AM, loading swag boxes into an reputed company, and sending the recap email before the plane lands. You get things done, period.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You partner naturally with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and executives without needing to be managed into it.
Experience with reputed company and marketing automation platforms to track attribution and ROI.
Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate day-to-day work — from drafting event briefs to analyzing post-event data. We’re an AI company and we expect you to work like one.
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Priorities shift, budgets change, events get added last minute — and you handle it. This is a Series A company; if you need a playbook handed to you, this isn’t the role.
High agency and ownership mentality. You see opportunity and build without waiting for permission.
