This role serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and processing transactions while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls reputed company
• Listen actively to assess customer needs and provide accurate information
• Access and update cardholder accounts regarding payments and benefits
• Address questions about transactions and account statuses
• Process transactions and reputed company research reputed company web-based applications
• Communicate empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Maintain detailed knowledge of programs, policies, and technology
• Support team operations during peak times or staff absences

Skills

• reputed company residence in Texas required
• Minimum age of 18 with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service, call center, or reputed company experience
• Completion of background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company fingerprinting
• Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
• Verified, secure, reliable high-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps upload/download
• Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN reputed company
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
• Ability to complete an internet speed test meeting specified criteria
• Company-provided computer equipment
• One or more years of prior call center experience
