[Remote] Associate Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a highly motivated Associate Technical Account Manager to manage technical accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, high-volume book of customers primarily through email, in-app messaging, and scalable reputed company
- Assist customers reputed company email or calls, providing technical guidance, best practices, or responding to questions
- Participate in customer calls to address technical questions and provide solutions
- Run one-to-many programs to reputed company customers on best practices reputed company to reputed company's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company technical problems and improve service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company's products, services, and industry trends

Skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
