Digital Banking Operations Specialist
Montecito Bank & Trust is the largest locally owned community bank on the Central Coast, dedicated to enhancing the communities it serves. They are seeking a Digital Banking Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support for digital banking products and assist in various operational tasks reputed company the Bank Operations department.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Digital Banking support for reputed company associates and support departments
- Complete assigned operations tasks accurately and reputed company
- Setup new digital banking customers on various systems
- Maintain customer files and reputed company required bank documentation
- reputed company system testing and prepare issue cases for new products and releases
- Communicate reputed company with peers, supervisors, and managers
- Adhere to assigned work schedule and attendance record
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year up to 3 years of bank operations experience required
- reputed company, ACH, and digital banking experience required
- Must have extensive knowledge of digital banking systems such web browsers, operating systems, and devices (both desktop and mobile)
- Ability to organize and prioritize work while proactively providing status reports
