They are seeking a Sourcing and Engagement Specialist to proactively engage reputed company financial advisors, schedule meetings with recruiters, and support recruitment efforts reputed company with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact financial advisors reputed company your assigned territory to schedule meetings with our recruiters
- Partner with internal recruiters, corporate partners, and field leaders to align sourcing efforts with business needs and hiring goals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to nurture interest over time
- Meet reputed company reputed company goal, track sourcing metrics, and analyze data to improve recruitment outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in financial advisor recruitment
Skills
- 1 - 3 years of sales or professional experience
- Associate's degree or Equivalent Experience
- Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require reputed company sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
- Cold calling experience strongly preferred
- Financial Services background
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
