Responsibilities

• Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply. Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional reputed company
• Project Governance- monitor and track reputed company open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones. Proactively escalate upon reputed company risks identified reputed company supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales
• Delivery Execution- ensure reputed company scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs. Confirm reputed company shipments to key project stakeholders

Skills

• Knowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools
