What You'll Be Doing:
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical support and customer service. You'll join a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and providing personalized solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
- Provide customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network

- Utilize knowledge of communication and networking components to provide customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment
