Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving reputed company issues, and selling arenaflex products and services to drive reputed company growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Sell arenaflex products and services to drive reputed company growth and meet sales targets
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, including phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolve reputed company issues, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, including new features and releases
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving reputed company growth and contributing to the reputed company of the team
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and procedures
  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to type 40+ wpm
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services, including our latest features and releases
