Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a reputed company Administrator - IV to join a global health care company in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $120.00 - $130.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be reputed company to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: The Contracting Associate supports Market Access and Account Management by providing expertise in state reputed company contracting. This role will have responsibility for managing the lifecycle of state reputed company reputed company, pricing models, accurate execution of contract terms and pricing obligations in accordance with business strategy and legal reputed company negotiated by the Account Team. This role will also support the Account Team with reputed company state reputed company bid solicitations, financial evaluations and contract performance reporting. This role acts as a subject matter expert for state reputed company contracting, ensuring that contract terms reflect the business and legal reputed company negotiated by the Account Team.

Key Responsibilities

State reputed company Contracting Expertise

• Support negotiations, implementation, and manage the lifecycle of state reputed company reputed company.
• Serve as a primary contracting liaison for state reputed company reputed company, including state reputed company supplemental rebate agreements.
• Interpret reputed company contract language with Account Manager, and identify implications for Best Price, Unit Rebate Price (reputed company), Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), and other government pricing metrics.
• Manage redlining of State agreements driven by new policy dynamics (i.e., SR-193, Generous / Most Favored Nation).

Financial Impact Analysis

• Support financial analysis reputed company to state reputed company with Account Team reputed company.
• Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual performance outcomes.
• Support reputed company reputed company level impact analysis with Account Team.

Compliance, Audit & Controls

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Government Pricing teams to ensure contract execution aligns with regulatory expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Facilitate engagements on behalf of Market Access with the following cross-functional business teams:
• Legal
• Finance
• Operations
• Follow compliance with company policies regarding contract execution and approval processes.

Qualifications: We need someone with experience in State reputed company Contracting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field.
• MBA
• 3+ years of experience in state reputed company contracting.

• GTN
• Government reporting
• Experience redlining and negotiating reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GTN modeling and government pricing analytics.
• Strong data literacy; comfortable validating data sets, logic flows, and assumptions.
• Experience working in highly regulated, dynamic environment with reputed company cross-functional dependencies.
