Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk / No Experience (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing everyday reconciliation/trade/transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your essential deliverables will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles
- Identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues
- Testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
Your work will directly impact the Client/Advisor profile, and your attention to detail will ensure that customer transactions are processed in a best fashion. This role engages primarily with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis of subscription deals or transfer requests
- Client/Advisor account exceptions
- Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
- Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
- Trouble addressing, including internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Client or Company Companion Service
- Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
