Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working to reputed company customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall customer experience. You'll be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, establishing customer relationships, and providing reputed company, accurate, and friendly customer service. You'll also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to reputed company customers about insurance options and respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Responsibilities

* Answer phones and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide reputed company, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to reputed company customers about insurance options

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
