This role involves working closely with senior team members, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience. The reputed company Specialist will focus on administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and building relationships with potential candidates to support staffing needs. ​ Recruitment Support:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles.

Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination:

• Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to reputed company and identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial reputed company and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.
• Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.

Employer Branding:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required). High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) reputed company and reputed company Suite proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
• Expertise with sourcing tools like reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other job boards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
