The reputed company Analyst in Investment Banking will provide clients with objective advice on M&A and corporate financing alternatives while working collaboratively on high-profile transactions across various industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute M&A and corporate finance engagements
- Analyze financial data and identify key trends behind the performance of a business
- Prepare financial models and cash flow scenarios
- Conduct research and drive analyses, marketing presentations, and information memoranda
- Help reputed company team members ensuring their career development
- Advise companies regarding strategic and corporate finance alternatives and drive the execution of M&A transactions
- Prepare pitch books, descriptive information memoranda and reputed company materials for M&A and capital raising mandates
- reputed company extensive financial analysis, valuation analysis and pro reputed company financial modeling
- Identify key issues and potential areas of valuation and transaction risk reputed company engagements
- reputed company In-depth market-sector and company-specific research
- Support business development initiatives
Skills
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of prior experience in investment banking or similar M&A execution experience
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company to reputed company financial models, knowledge of pivot tables and using reputed company for in-depth modeling
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
- Efficient use of research databases, and technical ability to analyze data
- Strong communication skills

- You must either reside in or be at a commutable distance to your office location for this position
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours reputed company necessary
- Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing) is a plus
- A proven record of excellence in investment banking with a focus on M&A transactions
- Experience in or interest in the Industrials sector
